About JFC Concrete LLC
A family-run concrete contractor based in Indianapolis, IN — residential, commercial, and decorative, six days a week.
Our Story
JFC Concrete LLC is run by Francisco J. Arambula Cuevas and Javier Arambula out of a yard on Leo Drive on the east side of Indianapolis. It started the way most good concrete companies do — two people who knew how to do the work properly, a truck, and customers who kept sending their neighbors our way.
We pour residential, commercial, and decorative concrete: driveways and approaches, garage and shed slabs, footings and room-addition pads, sidewalks, walkways, curbs, and stamped decorative patios, porches, and entries. On the commercial side we handle dumpster pads, loading docks, lot repairs, and ADA ramps for property managers and general contractors.
What we will not do is skip the part nobody sees. Nearly every slab we tear out failed because of thin concrete, a base that was never compacted, or joints cut too late. We fix that on the way in, and we put the thickness, reinforcement, and jointing in writing so you know exactly what you paid for. Licensed, insured, and here Monday through Friday 7am to 7pm and Saturdays 8am to 3pm.
What We Stand For
Reliability
We show up on the date we quoted. Concrete runs on a schedule and we work to it.
Respect
Your property gets protected, the forms come out, and the street gets swept before we leave.
Quality
Compacted base, correct thickness, real reinforcement, and joints cut at the right time.
Family-Run
Francisco and Javier are on the jobs. You talk to the owners, not a call center.
Our Mission
Pour concrete that is still flat, sound, and worth looking at twenty years from now. Price it honestly in writing, build it on a base that will hold it, and earn the next job through the last one.
Our Promise
If something is not right with our work, we come back and make it right. No arguing, no excuses. That is how a family name stays good in a city this size — and 20% off your first job makes it easy to find out for yourself.
